&2 - The ID of a previous message thrown containing more information about the error

Description

When a user accesses a site and when he logs in - the "top" of the site being loaded is determined based on the site structure.
All site elements, which are direct children of the Site Root can be used as the top element being loaded for the user. The element chosen is decided based on the authorization level, that the user has obtained.

Action

Check the referenced previous message for more specific information about why the error occurred.
Check whether the top elements (children of the site root) are defined correctly.

Make sure that at least one of the top elements has an authorization level that corresponds to the anonymous user. This will ensure that regardless which user logs in then contents will be displayed.
